After paid enrolment, students join their class WhatsApp group for supplementary videos, flashcards and practice resources. Cancellation, make-up and refund requests follow ELA’s existing face-to-face public class policy or online public class policy, as applicable.

Is the trial free?
Yes. The one-hour Conversational Chinese trial is free. The 11.11 prices apply if you choose to enrol and pay during the campaign.
Who can I enrol with for Pair & Save?
Another new student joining the same group class and learning mode. Both students must complete payment together to receive the one-term discount.
When can I access the learning resources?
After paid enrolment, your class WhatsApp group shares supplementary videos, flashcards and practice resources. These are course resources, not a free-trial gift.
