Great experience! I had been looking for Business Chinese lessons for some time and eventually decided upon ELN after a recommendation from a friend. Had my lessons with Faye and appreciated that there was flexibility for customisation to my specific industry and needs. I attended a total of 12 lessons and met my goals to improve my conversational and reading skills. Our lessons involved reading of chosen articles or reports specific to my industry to familiarise with common vocabulary, language structure, and having discussions around the articles. This helps me to gain confidence in business meetings with Chinese colleagues where I might need to share my thoughts dynamically with little preparation or even host the meeting. Thanks also to Faye as she has many life experiences which was a win-win for me as an early in career person.

My teacher is very engaging and highly passionate and EXTREMELY patient! My classmates and I tend to attend class feeling extremely brain dead after a Long day at work, but she constantly engage the lessons and chapters with games or videos or extremely interesting stories that is relevant for the vocabulary or actions. We never thought that we’d learn or be interested in chinese characters, but they make it so interesting and anyone would be eager to learn. We would always walk out from class feeling extremely happy and content! The teaching method is utterly professional and I would recommend this place for anyone. I have been learning with Elite Linguistic Network, Bugis Brach for 1year ( 4 terms)
The class is small. Usually 4 to 6 students. Li Ping Laoshi is very patient, understanding and very knowledgeable.
Apart from mandarin language, she explains Chinese culture as well, which is extremely important for the understanding of the subject. School is quite flexible and accommodating on the schedules. if I missed a class, I could get time from teacher to cover the missed part, and in case of online class (due to covid restrictions), I could get the recorded sessions.
I am very happy, will be continuing further certainly.

I had a great experience with Faye Laoshi. I was looking for a course to improve my ability and confidence to use Mandarin in my work setting. I have been out of practice for many years, and I also needed something tailored based on the specific nature of my work. I did a free trial class with Faye, she was very enthusiastic and made me feel very comfortable. From the start, she was encouraging, supportive and helped me to translate some of my work materials so I could practice on my own time. Our classes were fun and gave me a good chance to use Mandarin more frequently. Overall, ELN was very professional and friendly, they were flexible with timing and found someone who could perfectly accommodate my needs. I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to develop their Mandarin skills.

Excellent learning institute!

My trainer was Lisa Laoshi; she is extremely patient with her students and is willing to explain the Chinese language's cultural background. With this, I was able to understand clearly and be more interested in learning Chinese. She is also willing to take the time to help us after class if we have any questions. Lisa Laoshi is an ideal teacher for students who are eager to learn a language.
Also, the facilities of the school are top-notch and the teachers are experienced. For instance, refreshments are provided for us to restore our energy during our break. The duration of the class is just right, with a break in between the class. This helps students to absorb the information better. All in all, Elite Linguistics is an excellent place for non-Chinese speakers to start learning and speak Mandarin.

I had little knowledge of speaking mandarin before chancing upon Elite.Through Elite, I am now more confident of speaking mandarin..I can confidently speak to my colleagues or purchase things..The teachers conducting , use many examples to make you the understand the meaning.There are also many resources available when you sign up for the course..They even provide free online platforms where you can experience speaking mandarin,which will boosts your confidence .

I really like the prof (Mei Wan), she's gentle, knowledgeable and overall great. We had a great time, and me and my wife have learned a LOT. She would always tailor the learning experience to our needs, which was great to engage us. Regarding the course itself, the only thing I'd suggest is that you make the online parts of the lessons available for the students (the ones prof project on the screen and the listening portions from the book). Most of the time they contain extra information than the book, and if I had access to this content I would be able to learn even more. Overall, we're super happy with the experience.

We love our class and especially our Claire lao shi who is always feeding us with the latest Chinese pop culture, best new way of learning Chinese characters and best of all, she would recommend us the best Chinese restaurant in Singapore. 太好了！

Learning Mandarin with Elite Linguistic has honestly been much easier than my experience in school. The classes aren't just about reading a passage in the given textbook and as the classes aren't as packed the teachers can help students on a more personal level. From my experiences with 老师 Cruyff and Weina I can proudly say that my mandarin skills have noticeably improved.

The teachers are very passionate in teaching and approachable whenever you are in doubt. I would also like to commend the understanding and flexibility the centre have as most of us are working and they are willing to help us find classes that could better accommodate to our busy schedules. For friends who are really looking to learn Chinese language through courses, I will definitely keep Elite Linguistic Network LLP at my fingertips and share it with them. 😉

The teacher can tailor the class to the students needs and is able to keep the class interesting, probably learned much more here during 3 months than in my previous school for 9 months.

I attended the Term 4 conversational chinese course only. The classes are fun and easy to understand. The teacher (Jie An) was also very friendly, helpful and helped me to understand the lessons better. Its also flexible for working adults like myself.

Wonderful class :) Very comprehensive and this class offers important lessons that are useful in both daily life and business. The teacher is very nice and her class is very fun to attend to. The class is taught very thoroughly and I appreciate that our teacher always answers and teaches us in detail whenever we have inquiries. :)

I was looking for courses for my kids and i approached Elite through WhatsApp. The response time was very quick and I was very satisfied. My twins are 9 years old and we were assigned Laoshi Maggie. She is the best teacher I have had for my kids. She understands my kids so well. Though they are twins but their learning style is totally different. Laoshi Maggie does a great job of engaging them both, She also introduces culture related stories to my kids which makes them very interested in learning Mandarin.Maggie understood my concerns well and addressed them well. My kids have so much fun and they always look forward to her lessons. My kids have been learning language for more than a year but Laoshi Maggie is teaching the language and the stories related to their culture too. My kids know why and how they celebrate the important Chinese festivals. I feel it is very important. I can keep writing about Maggie and Elite.

I had a lot of fun at the classes and the teacher was very patient. The content was great because it’s useful, so I can already start venturing into talking Chinese when I have the courage. Can’t wait to start the second term.

My work requires me to speak chinese to some of my colleagues. From the time i enquire i have no issues as they are very responsive. 12 seasions is really worth it. I have learned a lot.They have complimentary saturday session that helps a lot. Laoshi Hendri zhang and Steaffany are very friendly and approacheable, you wont hesitate to ask questions.Will definitely enroll for 2nd term

I wanted to start learning Chinese for the first time. Initially, it felt a bit overwhelming, but this school, with Cruyff as my teacher, made it feel easy and an incredibly enjoyable journey! The environment is pleasant, and the staff is very kind. Cruyff was very patient, thoughtful, and made the lessons highly interesting and interactive. Thank you very much!

Elite Linguistic Network offers an excellent study environment to learn and practice Chinese. They offer a small teacher -to-student ratio and maintain a small class so each student has more time to speak and ask the teacher questions rather than in a fast-paced large class where there are a lot of students in the classroom. The teachers are so helpful and supportive and they are always there to help students improve Chinese skills :)
The materials they teach is very comprehensive, broad and useful in daily life both at work and in personal time , easy to understand and they offer in-class materials for students to actively participate and practice our Chinese and also offer supplementary learning materials which we can use beyond classroom.
It’s also great that Elite Linguistic Network has classes in both Bugis and Jurong areas so students has options to choose from depending on which location is more convenient and the course fee is reasonable and affordable compared to many other language schools in Singapore.

So happy on my experience with Elite liguistic.

I’ve been learning here from the start of my Chinese learning journey :) there’s a lot of attention for each student and enough opportunity to practice speaking.
When it transitioned to online class, there was a lot of support and very quick turnaround to arrange to zoom. Overall recommend!

Small class, intimate learning experience. However class room quite small but great location (paya lebar). Material does get flown by pretty quickly. The course might benefit from slowing down. We didnt practice much tonal sounds. Its actually fine as an introductory course. Cui Laoshi was lovely though.

I've joined conversional chinese class term 1 from feb'21. First course was great to complete then i continued to term 2. Also well complete. Then again to term 3 and just finished it last week. Now i'm in Term 4 and will enroll to Term 5 again. As I really enjoyed it and have learned a lot. Quite helpful for learning Chinese. Thanks to the teacher ZOEY and all the people involved in creating this learning opportunity. I would recommend this Elite Learning Centre .

I am learning Chinese language from more than a year. I am happy with the syllabus and teacher. Teacher knows the language very well and her teaching method is good too. We have a small group in our class and this makes learning more interactive and fun. Also if any of the students is not able to attend the class, teacher is kind enough to record the session for us. Happy to be learning at Elite.

Fully recommended! ELN was recommended to me by an ex-teacher. I started as a full beginner in a group class and the teachers/classes have always been of high quality and super engaging. The school has also been showing flexibility with scheduling, frequency and such to fit the group needs.

It has been a lovely first term experience. Although the language and learning curve are hard, Zhang Laoshi is doing a fabulous job and makes the course and experience very interesting and light. Many thanks for this!

I have been learning with Elite Linguistic Network for 1 year or about 4 terms. There are a few branches so pretty convenient. Now, I move to Bugis branch near my place. The class is small. Only 3-6 students so far. The teacher is kind and very knowledgeable about the grammar. Different teacher has different character though. I have learned with 2 only but all good. During COVID-19 phase, we change to learn online for a few weeks with a free extension week so it's quite fair.

Highly recommending Elite Linguistic to fellow learners or those who want to start learning, especially for listening and speaking Mandarin with confidence. I have been with Elite for almost a year and am still learning. Happy to be a part of Elite!
I did many trials in various places and once I did a trial session with Laoshi Hendri Zhang, I knew this is the place and he is the teacher I’m looking for. I can feel Elite Linguistic genuine commitment to teach and Hendri’s patience and methodology in teaching.
Elite has schedule on weekdays night/weekend which is very suitable for working professionals like me. I have also met very smart and friendly fellow students too. Snacks and water are also provided so you’re covered for the class!
I personally recommended Laoshi Hendri as he is very patient and has a very solid understanding on the materials, history and origins, cultural nuance, and able to guide you to speak correctly. He is able to create a safe and comfortable space for you to learn and engage you throughout the lesson.
